Big Idea
When information is shared accurately and clearly the end result is more effective.
- I can give examples of the different technologies used to share information with
- I am aware that different costs, speed, number of people communicating and format can impact the clarity of the information that is shared.
- I can establish some facts that would impact how the presentation and design of the information can influence the end result.
The ways presentation and design affect how clearly and accurately information can be shared, and how this can make the end result more or less effective.
INSTRUCTIONS:
You will have to analyse each of these in turn to answer the following questions below

What is the purpose of the document?
To teach people the proper way to file complaints in a formal or informal demeanor so they get the care they need

How effectively has the information been put across to the audience?
Very effectively

In what way/to what extent does this reflect the Big Idea?
Because we as the people now clearly understand how to file a complaint and the different ways to file a complaint without it being difficult and confusing. If the elements of design would be misused we would definitely mess it up whiich would be detremental to us. But this way everyone can be an expert in complaint filing

To show us how not to make a webpage

Incorporating the ugliness into something smooth so there is no overload
Nice font
Appealing organisation
Matching colors
Simple yet attention grabbing

Very effectively

In what way/to what extent does this reflect the Big Idea?
Because it disturbs the audience making people never commit such atrocities again and it by existing in itself gives the viewer a clear alternative

What is the purpose of the document?
To teach us the difference of having a successful transmission of information vs an unsuccessful one

Very simple layout
Good word to picture ratio
Key points highlighted
Clear font
Good color combination

How effectively has the information been put across to the audience?
Not effectively enough

In what way/to what extent does this reflect the Big Idea?
It reflect the ide to an extent but it does not slap you in the face like the web page did. It shows a difference but it is not significant and the presentation can seem boring
|
I wanted to show this piece of work in order to provide you all with an example of teamwork and also to show the extent of knowledge we have regarding this subject and also how we can solve problems in a team about a new subject and how we can give good valid constructive criticism
